Preferred Experience:
- Hands on HRIS systems administration/implementation/optimization/data integrity
- Will be building out workflows, integrating systems, automating processes
- Strong knowledge of multi-state Payroll, Benefits Admin, and Compliance
- Advanced reporting skills—advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong culture fit. Highly collaborative.
- Systems: ADP WFN, Greenhouse ATS, L&D platform, Project Manager ticketing system, Excel
